All-Access Pass. With an active All-Access pass you will have access to all currently available course as well as any new course we release to the platform (during your time of access). In each course you will have access to various modules that contain training videos, RAP questions, and other available resources.
PLUS All-Access Pass. With an active PLUS All-Access pass you will have all the access to the same perks as the All-Access pass level. You will also have access to a monthly webinar, available REPLAY webinars, and any additional resources we release exclusively for your membership level.
You hereby authorize Youth Ministry Institute (and its payment processors) to debit your bank account or charge your credit card to pay for your selected membership. All memberships are billed at the time of registration and are recurring. If the automated payment is declined, this will result in the suspension of your membership, and you will lose access to it. You may re-activate your account with a new payment method.
Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships are billed each month on the date of registration (ex. if you buy a membership on May 10, you will be billed on the 10th of every month) until you cancel. You may cancel your monthly membership anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Annual Memberships: Every year on the anniversary billing date you will be billed a recurring annual membership renewal fee. You may cancel your annual membership anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Restrictions on Use
Customers may not share their login credentials or access to purchased Youth Ministry Institute products with any other individuals. Team discounts may be available – contact the YMI team to learn more.

- If you choose to cancel, you will have access to your membership until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly Memberships: No refunds will be issued for monthly memberships. You may cancel at any time, with no refund, and will have access to your membership until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Memberships: No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase. If you choose to cancel within 30 days of purchasing the membership and would like a refund, you can email support and ask for a prorated refund for the remaining billing cycle.
